Free Twitter Management Service

I’ve just started testing a free service called CoTweet.
It’s a tool for managing Twitter conversations like no other.
I’m really impressed and changing my entire Twitter strategy based on what they let me do.
They’re free right now, but they promise when they start charging for the service it will be reasonable.
